With the transient waves of the town, we welcome a fresh group of staff each year with some reoccurring members who have prolonged their stay here. We all share a deep appreciation of our coastal environment and a commitment to our philosophy: a clean and refreshed space promotes peace of mind and enriches your connection to the places you visit or call home.
Many of our team members are dominated by influential women with strengths to be admired. Overall, our staff, regardless of gender identity, is composed of exceptional and caring individuals united by a shared commitment to excellence.

OUR OWNER
Ukee Lighthouse is guided by Maria Sansores, a devoted mother to a delightful little girl, a small dog, 3 step-daughters, and a loving wife to her wonderful husband.
Originally from Mexico, Maria was given an opportunity by her friends at Mint Cleaning (Ucluelet's now nationally growing cleaning product company) to take over their list of clients for residential and vacation rental services.
She was operating at the time mainly by herself with a few other women supporting the release of her new business. In a short period and with a growing client base, Maria had to hire more staff to keep up with the demand.
Through the years, Ukee Lighthouse has continued to grow both in client demand as well as the body of staff and with Maria's resilience and leadership, we see a greater horizon ahead for our little cleaning service.
